 Jamie N. Carlson, Chief Human Resources OfficerJamie Carlson serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Nebraska Heart Institute and Heart Hospital. In this position, Jamie provides leadership to the Human Resources functions for Nebraska Heart including; recruitment, retention, benefit administration, compensation, organizational development and employee relations. Jamie joined Nebraska Heart in 2003 as Human Resources Team Leader for Nebraska Heart Hospital and was in that position until December 2007. At that time Jamie joined Lincoln Surgical Hospital as Director of Human Resources to grow and enhance the HR functions at LSH. In October 2008, Jamie returned to Nebraska Heart as the CHRO. Before her tenure with Nebraska Heart Hospital, Jamie worked for The Nebraska Medical Center as an Employee Relations Specialist. Jamie received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (HR and Marketing) from the University of Nebraska – Kearney. Jamie grew up in central Nebraska. Currently, she and her husband, Kevin reside in Lincoln with their three boys. |
