Must be able to apply related diagnostic equipment and apply appropriate medical gases as necessary. Provides education to families and patients regarding sleep therapy and respiratory care modalities and disease processes. Assists physicians as requested. Graduate of an AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy and licensure to practice in Nebraska preferred. Certification (CRT) or registration (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) preferred. One year experience in providing respiratory services is preferred. Formal sleep training and RPGST credential is preferred. BLS required. Two vacancies: one M-F day shift; one night shift.

Oversees the dictation, transcription, and electronic signature systems; monitoring day to day operations, setting up and orienting new users, and providing statistics as needed. Will be intimately involved in the planning and implementation of an electronic medical record (EMR). Three to five years experience in health information management is required. RHIT required, RHIA preferred. Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
