Lessons of the Heart

In August, join Sharon Duffy, RN, MS, CRRN, Coordinator, Holistic Health and Integrative Medicine at Madonna Proactive, to learn how emotions have as much to do with the heart and body as they do the brain. Would you know what to do if someone close to you needed life-saving CPR? The Nebraska Heart Institute offers free CPR/HeartSaver CPR classes. Classes are held the 4th Wednesday of every other month. Choose a date that best suits your schedule:
